No direct flight from Western Europe. The route goes through Istanbul: flight to Istanbul on your side, then the direct Istanbul-Grozny (GRV) domestic flight, about 2h30, included in your MKR package. A liaison meets you at the airport and the transfer to camp takes only 30 minutes, also included.

Advanced level is required: 5+ years of regular practice or competition experience. The application form blocks lower levels, and Ruslan confirms your level on the video call. This is not elitism: your sparring partners are professionals, and the pace of the sessions assumes a real technical base. If you are not there yet, the Wrestling camp in Dagestan is the best way in.

Yes, on rest day. Optional excursions include the Heart of Chechnya Mosque in Grozny, the medieval Vainakh towers of Itum-Kale and the high-altitude lake Kezenoy-Am. Always accompanied by MKR liaisons: the mountain areas are not for solo visits.
