WHAT CHANGES IN A GROUP

6 LOGISTICAL ADVANTAGES

Block accommodation

Your group is housed together: adjacent rooms or dedicated building depending on size. You sleep and eat with your team, not with other parallel camps.

Group transfers

One single MKR vehicle for the whole group at Makhachkala airport (Wrestling in Dagestan) or Grozny (MMA in Chechnya). No waiting, no scattered logistics.

Level-adapted program

Coaching is tuned to the collective level (beginner, intermediate, advanced, mixed). No generic session pegged to the group average.

Dedicated coach

A main MKR coach is assigned to your group for the full duration of the camp. You keep the same point of contact from first to last session.

Degressive rate per head

The more of you there are, the lower the per-person rate. Trio tier at 5 (1 490 € / week / person), Club tier 6 to 10 (1 290 € / week / person), 11+ or full room on custom quote.

Group debrief

Collective report at the end of camp and individual debrief for each member. You leave with a structured deliverable for what comes next.

WE HANDLE EVERYTHING.
YOU JUST TRAIN.

Visa, domestic flight, transfers, accommodation, meals and training: six services included in every camp, whichever format you choose. You only book your flight to Istanbul.

Russian visa included

Consular fees, official invitation letter, EU questionnaire and full file management. You provide your passport, MKR runs the process.

Domestic flight

From Istanbul to Makhachkala (Wrestling in Dagestan) or Grozny (MMA in Chechnya), included in the package. You only book your international flight to Istanbul.

Airport transfers

MKR vehicle on arrival: about 1h30 from Makhachkala (Dagestan) or about 30 min from Grozny (Chechnya). All transfers are included.

Accommodation

Comfortable camp lodging, family room available. You sleep and eat with your group.

2 meals per day

Breakfast and lunch included. Caucasian cuisine adapted to athletes: protein, vegetables, fresh bread.

Coaching staff

Experienced local Coaches in Dagestan (Wrestling) and Chechnya (MMA). Dedicated youth Coach for ages 8-17 in Youth Wrestling.

A TEAM IN FRANCE, LOCAL CONTACTS ON SITE

All admin and networks are managed from France by a French-speaking team that takes your file from A to Z. On the ground, local contacts guide you through the gyms alongside Ruslan Mukhtarov, founder and Coach in Wrestling and MMA.

You only have one thing to do: pack your bag. We handle the rest.

FAMILY PACKAGE

PARENT + CHILD PACKAGE

You travel with your child aged 8-17. The package covers 1 parent + 1 child. Each additional child is billed at the extra-child rate. If your partner also takes part, both parents move to the Solo/Duo rate (1 690 € per person and per week) and each child is added at 790 € per week.

Kickoff call

You receive a firm quote: rate per head times number of members, plus a breakdown of services.

Approval and transfer

On quote signature, full group bank transfer to the MKR account. Visa invitation letters for each member.

Preparation

6-week physical prep program sent to each member. Everything is settled ahead of departure.
