MKR opens the doors of this world to you. Whether you are an experienced competitor or a serious amateur who wants to live elite conditions, you train at the same level of demand.
TOTAL IMMERSION
For 1 to 3 weeks, you live, eat and train with local athletes. Complete immersion in Caucasian fighting culture.
HERITAGE OF THE CAUCASUS
Methods that have produced Khabib, Makhachev, and hundreds of Olympic wrestling champions. In Grozny, Akhmat Fight Club has shaped Khamzat Chimaev and the new generation of MMA.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Russian visa
Consular fees, invitation letter, EU questionnaire and file support. Everything is included.
Domestic flight
From Istanbul to Makhachkala (Wrestling) or Grozny (MMA). You only organize the flight to Istanbul.
Local transport
Airport-camp transfers and all on-site travel.
Accommodation
Shared camp lodging, clean and functional. You focus on training.
2 sessions/day
Twice-daily training in your discipline. Morning and late afternoon.
Local coaches
Champions and veterans of the Caucasus. Methods passed down from generation to generation.
Excursions
Mountain hikes and cultural visits on the rest day.
2 meals/day
Caucasian cuisine rich in protein. Diet adapted to athletes.

A TYPICAL DAY
Wake up
The morning belongs to those who rise early.
Breakfast
Hearty meal, protein, energy for the morning.
Morning session
Wrestling (adults or youth) at 10:30. MMA at 11:00. Sparring, technique, drills.
Lunch
Recovery and nutrition.
Recovery
Rest, stretching, treatment if needed.
Afternoon session
Wrestling at 17:30. MMA at 18:00. Competition intensity, supervised sparring.
Dinner
Evening meal free according to your personal plan.
Rest
Sleep. The body rebuilds.
