ONLINE REGISTRATION
Fill out the application form in 5 minutes. We ask you about your athletic background, your goals and your physical condition.
VALIDATION CALL
A team member contacts you within 48 hours for a 15 to 20 minute interview. We assess your motivation, your level and answer all your questions.
PAYMENT AFTER KICKOFF CALL
Once your application is approved at the end of the kickoff call, you receive the MKR bank details to settle the package in one payment (bank transfer or cash). No payment is requested before the interview.
PREPARATION GUIDE
You receive a full guide: 6-week physical preparation program, equipment list, logistical information, practical tips.
DEPARTURE
You take your flight to Istanbul (to organize freely). MKR has booked your domestic flight from Istanbul to the Caucasus and a vehicle is waiting for you at the airport. All you have to do is board.
THE CAMP
1 to 3 weeks of intensive training. 2 sessions per day. Local coaches. Accommodation, meals, optional excursions. You focus on one thing only: progressing.

IBAN provided after your application is approved on the kickoff call. No additional fees.
Cash
Possible on site or handed over in person. To be arranged directly with Ruslan during the kickoff call.
