ARRIVE READY.
LEAVE TRANSFORMED.
The camp begins 6 weeks before your departure.

THE WORK STARTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Conditioning, endurance, mental. Arrive ready, progress faster.
MINIMUM LEVEL
The required level depends on the discipline. Wrestling Camp in Dagestan: minimum 1 year of practice and a real ground game base (wrestling, grappling, BJJ, judo or MMA). Instruction happens by demonstration, at the local pace: the ground base is what lets you follow. MMA Camp in Chechnya: Advanced level minimum (more than 5 years of regular practice) or Competitor, because the local sparring partners are professional fighters.
In both cases the camp is intense. If you arrive without physical preparation, you will not last the first week. We therefore provide you with a 6-week preparation program.

MENTAL PREPARATION
The language barrier, the culture shock, the physical discomfort: the camp will push you out of your comfort zone. That is the point. The best fighters in the world have trained in these conditions since childhood.
Do not expect a 5-star hotel. The lodging is simple, the food is abundant but rustic, and the coaches will not go easy on you. If you are looking for comfort, this camp is not for you. If you are looking for progress, you are in the right place.
"One month of camp that is worth two years in a regular gym. The Dagestanis teach you to suffer with a smile."
